Advance Payment:
To confirm the booking, a minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance.
Balance payment must be made 7 days prior to the travel date.
Confirmation:
Bookings will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.
A confirmation email/voucher will be sent once the booking is secured.
Last-Minute Bookings:
Bookings made within 7 days of the travel date must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
Travel Documents:
Guests are responsible for providing valid ID proof and travel documents as required at the time of booking and check-in.

Cancellation by Customer:
30 days or more before travel date: 100% refund (minus processing fee).
15 to 29 days before travel date: 70% refund.
7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before travel date or no-show: No refund.
Cancellation by Company:
In case of any unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, etc.), if we cancel the trip, the full amount will be refunded or rescheduled as per your preference.
Non-Refundable Services:
Ferry bookings, and certain hotel reservations are non-refundable once booked. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
🔄 Amendment Policy
Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Date changes within 7 days of travel are not allowed and will be treated as cancellation.
