Advance Payment:

• To confirm the booking, a minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance.

• Balance payment must be made 7 days prior to the travel date.
  
  

Confirmation:

• Bookings will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.

• A confirmation email/voucher will be sent once the booking is secured.
  
  

Last-Minute Bookings:

• Bookings made within 7 days of the travel date must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
  
  

Travel Documents:

• Guests are responsible for providing valid ID proof and travel documents as required at the time of booking and check-in.

Cancellation by Customer:

• 30 days or more before travel date: 100% refund (minus processing fee).

• 15 to 29 days before travel date: 70% refund.

• 7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before travel date or no-show: No refund.
  
  

Cancellation by Company:

• In case of any unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, etc.), if we cancel the trip, the full amount will be refunded or rescheduled as per your preference.
  
  

Non-Refundable Services:

• Ferry bookings, and certain hotel reservations are non-refundable once booked. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
